The primary objective of YCM is to specialize in Alternations and Additions (A&A) projects and maintenance works to different properties. By focusing solely on A&A, we aim to offer comprehensive solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers
Leveraging our long-term relationships with clients, we are the domestic and nominated contractors for various real estate and management companies. We are also a Group 1 contractor in the Registered Specialist Trade Contractors scheme (Building Drainage Installation) and Registered Subcontractors (03.15 Plumbing) with the Construction Industry Council.
In addition, with our team of professional managers and engineers, Grade 1 Licensed Plumbers and skilled workers, we provide dependable and professional plumbing and drainage services to our clients.
